Grilled Oregano Chicken

3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
3 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. fresh oregano, chopped
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. sweet paprika
6 chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless

2 tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 cups chopped fresh tomato
1/3 cup chopped red onion
3 tbsp. fresh oregano, chopped

Whisk the first 7 ingredients in a glass baking dish.  Add chicken to the marinade and coat.
Let stand at room temp. for an hour turning once in a while. It can be left overnight, covered
in the refrigerator.  Prepare the barbecue however you like, gas or charcoal.  Grill chicken until
cooked through, turning during the approximately 15 minutes of grilling time.
While the chicken is marinating or grilling, prepare the tomato and onion salsa.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.   Add all the remaining ingredients and cook until just
heated through about 2 minutes.  Season with salt and pepper to taste. 
Serve chicken with the tomato salsa on top.
