Fresh Tomato Salsa:
3-4 medium ripe tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
1 small onion
3 TBS freshly chopped cilantro
1/2 lemon squeezed
salt and garlic salt to taste
jalapeno pepper (optional for a hotter flavor)

Cut up tomatoes and onion into small pieces and add finely chopped garlic.
Chop cilantro finely and add that and rest of ingredients. Mix well and eat
immediately or let chill for a couple of hours so that flavors can really come together.
Serve with tortilla chips. Delicious!
