This is
basically a take-off on the separator. Named for my former establishment,
The Escape, it is a favorite of a few of the customers, who requested this recipe.
It is not a terribly strong drink and it is very sweet.
Escaperator
Chimney or tall glasses filled with ice.
1 ounce Kahlua
1 ounce Chambord
Milk or Half and Half
Just mix all the ingredients together in the
glass and stir.
