Deviled Eggs

These are always a favorite and a must have item at the Easter Egg hunt.

1 doz. hard boiled eggs, shells removed
1/2 cup mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 drops Tabasco sauce (or your favorite kind)

Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and put the yolks in a bowl.  Mash the yolks and add all
the rest of the ingredients. Stir until fairly smooth. Stuff the mixture back in the   hollows of
the egg whites.
Sprinkle paprika on the top.
Add some crumbled bacon to the mixture.
Add a Tsp. of prepared horseradish to the mixture.
Add a large caper on the top.
Add a slice of black olive on the top.
Use your imagination to garnish and for the filling.
