1 tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 med. onion, thinly sliced
4 cups shredded green cabbage
1 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. plain yogurt
Heat oil in a skillet, over medium
heat. Add curry powder. Cook 30 seconds.
Add onion and cook until translucent. Add cabbage and cook, stirring
until wilted and soft. Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice and
cabbage is coated.
