Creamy Dreamy Strawberry Pie


2 C. self-rising flour
2 sticks margarine, melted
1 C. pecans, chopped

Mix flour, margarine, and pecans well. Press into a 9" x 13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20
minutes. Let crust cool completely before adding first layer.

1st Layer

12 oz. Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese
3 C. confectioner's sugar

Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat Cool Whip into mixture at low speed.


1 C. water
1 C. sugar
3 T. cornstarch
1 sm. strawberry Jell-O

Bring water, sugar and cornstarch to a boil and stir until clear. (Watch this REAL closely! It gets
done FAST, then it is too thick) Let mixture cool for about 5 minutes. Add the small box of
strawberry Jell-O. Let cool completely, and add one pint of strawberries.
