6 (6") flour tortillas
6 oz. canned lump crabmeat, drained and rinsed
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. chopped green onions
1 tbsp. pickled jalapenos, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. chopped fresh cilantro
Arrange tortillas in a single layer on baking sheets coated with cooking
Bake at 375º F. for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly golden.
Combine crabmeat and next 6 ingredients. Spread 1/4 cup evenly onto each
Bake at 375º F. for 5 minutes or until puffed and bubbly. Cut into
wedges with a pizza cutter. Garnish with sliced olives if desired.
