Broccoli Pasta

1 lb. Gemelli Pasta
1 bunch of broccoli
2 tbs. butter
2 tbs. olive oil
3 heaping tbs. plain bread crumbs
garlic powder
1/4 c. parmesan cheese

Cut up broccoli into bite size pieces and gently steam. While cooking pasta,
sauté steamed broccoli in butter and olive oil with salt, pepper and garlic
powder to taste. Then add approximately 3 small ladles of water from boiling
pasta to the sautéed broccoli. Add bread crumbs to broccoli to thicken
sauce. Drain cooked pasta and mix with broccoli and top with parmesan
