BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

This is quick to make.  Just throw it in the refrigerator before you go to bed and
you can pop it in the oven in the morning.

Breakfast Casserole

6 slices of white bread, buttered and cubed
1 lb. bulk pork sausage, cooked until crumbled (I like Jimmy Dean)
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
5 eggs and 2 cups of milk (can be non-fat) beaten together
1 tsp.  Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup crushed corn flakes
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Put bread in the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan.   Next layer sausage and cheese. 
Mix Worchester sauce in with the eggs and milk and pour it all over the sausage and
cheese.  Cover and refrigerate overnight.  Top with crumbled corn flakes. 
Bake 45 minutes at 375.
