Black Bean Hummus
2 15 oz. cans black beans, rinsed, 
drained
3/4 cup tahini*
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Pita bread, cut into triangles or tortilla chips
Combine first 9 ingredients in a 
blender or food processor
until smooth.  Season to taste with salt and pepper.  Serve with
chips or pita bread.
*sesame seed paste that is usually 
available in most grocery stores.
