 Black Bean Chipotle Wraps 
 
6 - 12 inch wraps 
2 cups black beans, canned 
2 cups white cheddar, grated 
6 Romaine lettuce leaves 
 
Chipotle Mayonnaise 
 
1 cup mayonnaise 
2 teaspoons chipotle chili powder 
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 
1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika 
1/4 teaspoon sea salt 
1/2 cup cilantro or parsley, chopped 
 
Drain the black beans, set aside in a bowl. Place a wrap on a plate. 
Place  
1/3 cup of cheddar on each wrap. Add 1/3 cup of black beans on the 
cheese.  
Microwave for 20-30 seconds until cheese is melted. Place one lettuce 
leaf  
on top and a dollop of Chipotle Mayonnaise. Roll up or fold wrap over 
once.  
Sprinkle with cilantro. Serve immediately. Serves 6. 
 
 
This aioli is medium spicy and a great flavor booster for the entire 
wrap! 
How to make Chipotle Mayonnaise: 
 
Place mayonnaise in a small bowl. Add chipotle chili powder, garlic  
powder, sweet paprika and sea salt. Mix until blended.
