Crockpot Beef Stroganoff

2 lb. round steak
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic
3 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 small onion, chopped
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 cubes beef bouillon
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese

Cut steak into 1x1/2" strips.
Mix with flour, pepper, salt and garlic. Add to crock pot with
rest of ingredients except cream cheese.
Cook on Low for 5 hours. Stir occasionally. Last 1/2 hour, add
1 pkg.(8 oz.) of cream cheese, cubed. Serve over cooked wide noodles.
Makes 6-8 servings.
