ZESTY SCALLOPED POTATOES WITH A TWIST
Peel about 6-7 potatoes and slice.
Spray large glass baking dish with Pam
Layer1 - Potato slices (enough to cover bottom of dish)

Layer2 - Sprinkle with flour, salt & pepper, some
diced onion, and (the "twist) some Mexican shredded
cheese.

Repeat layers until dish is "full".
POUR 2% milk over it all, until milk comes almost to
top of dish.

TOP with Italian breadcrumbs, dots of margarine, and a
sprinkle of paprika.
BAKE at 350 for about 1 1/2 to 2 hrs.
