Vegetable Medley with Herb Sauce

1 16-oz. packages frozen corn, thawed
2 cups small, peeled baby carrots
2 green onions, sliced
2 (1.6 oz.) packages Knorr Garlic and Herb Sauce Mix
(or your favorite dry mix)
1 1/2 cups fat free half and half
3 cups broccoli florets, small

Combine everything but broccoli in a large slow cooker.  Cook on high for 1 hour.  Stir in broccoli and cook for one more hour.  Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with toasted bread crumbs or
garnish with grated Parmigiano Reggiano if desired.
