VALENTINES DAY
Home ] Up ] OYSTERS GRATINEE ] COQ AU VIN ] WHITE CHOCOLATE HEART ]

I enjoy making romantic dinners for my husband and he definitely appreciates them.
Here is on of our favorites.

We start with a Kir Royale which is champagne with a touch of Chambord
which is a French Black Raspberry Liqueur.  Top with a lemon twist.

Next if we are in the mood we have a little caviar with our champagne.
We get our caviar from iGourmet they have very high quality without a huge
price tag.

Next are Oysters Gratinee followed with Coq Au Vin and Truffled Mashed
Potatoes and we finish it off with  White Chocolate Heart and Raspberry
Sauce.

Your honey will be in the mood after this dinner.
Notes.  You will need to start the dessert a day ahead.  To make
the dessert you will need 2 small heart shaped molds and cheesecloth.
