Texas Ranch Style Bean Casserole
1 lb. ground beef
1 16 oz can of chili beans (Ranch Style or Bush)
1 small onion chopped (optional)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Lightly brown the ground beef, drain excess oil. Add next five
ingredients. Let simmer on low for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle
with cheese if desired.
Serve hot.
Great served with salad and whole kernel corn.
