Summer Pasta Salad
1 Lb. Fusilli spring pasta-cooked and drained
add 1 cup chopped onion and
1 cup chopped cucumber and 2 tsp. of fresh parsley.
Mix well and set aside.
Dressing:1 1/2 cups of granulated sugar
1 cup vinegar (cider)
2 tbsp prepared mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder.
Mix well and pour over pasta and refrigerate and let it marinate for 2
days---stirring a few times. Before serving, add 1 cup diced fresh
tomatoes and 1 cup chopped green pepper. Mix and serve. Stays well in
refrigerator for 2 weeks.
