Spanish Corn and Zucchini

1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/3 cup butter
1 lb. zucchini, thinly sliced
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 8-oz. can tomato juice
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
dash pepper
1/2 tsp. chili powder
dash oregano

Sauté onion, green pepper and garlic in butter for 5 minutes.  Add zucchini and sauté another
10 minutes.  Add remaining ingredients and cook over low heat 20 minutes. 
Serve hot.
