 Smoked Salmon Fettuccine 
 
2 tablespoons olive oil 
2 cloves garlic, minced 
1/2 cup dried tomatoes, chopped 
1/2 cup yellow pepper, sliced very thin 2 tablespoons cornstarch 
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions 
1 (8 oz) package smoked salmon, flaked 
1 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning 
1 teaspoons salt 
2 tablespoons cornstarch 
1 cup sherry 
4 cups hot cooked fettuccine 
 
Heat olive oil in a large skillet until it sizzles. Add garlic, tomatoes, 
peppers,  
and green onion. Sauté for 3 minutes, until vegetables soften. Stir in the 
 
flaked salmon. Mix the Old Bay, 
salt, and cornstarch, then sprinkle it over  
the skillet mixture, stirring to evenly distribute. Pour in 
sherry, and stir until the liquid 
bubbles and thickens. Fold into hot pasta, and serve.
