Seafood Florentine Casserole
1 LB peeled and deveined shrimp
1/2 LB scallops
10 oz package of frozen spinach (thawed, drained of excess water)
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/8 cup parmesan cheese
3 table spoons lemon juice
pepper to taste


1/8 cup flavored bread crumbs

Place seafood in the bottom of a greased or buttered 8 X 8 pan.
Combine lemon, spinach, cheeses and pepper.
Put over seafood, then sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake 375 for 15-20 minutes till the top is brown and seafood is cooked
through out.
