Ruben Chicken

4-6 pieces of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4-6 slices of Swiss cheese
1 bottle of low-fat thousand island dressing
1 can Bavarian sauerkraut
Pam

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Arrange chicken breasts in a 9 X 11 pan so that they are touching
each other. Drain or squeeze sauerkraut to get out the juices and place over
the chicken. Arrange the slices of cheese on top of the sauerkraut.
Drizzle the dressing over everything. Place in the over and cook approximately
45 minutes.
Serve immediately.

Note, this can be made with other boneless, skinless chicken
and the casserole size can be adjusted to fit your family. For
a lower fat casserole, use fat free cheese and dressing. Even
made the way it is, it has all the taste of a Ruben sandwich
without all the fat. Enjoy!
