PMS Pasta Overload
1/2 box favorite pasta (preferably exotic like garlic parsley linguine)
4 oz butter (highly preferred over margarine)
1 clove garlic
3 splashes favorite olive oil
2 oz shredded parmesan cheese (grated won't do)
2 oz. crumbled blue cheese
3 slices fried bacon, crisp, torn into chunks
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. rosemary
ground black pepper
While preparing your pasta by boiling in water on top of stove, add a peeled
garlic clove to the water or bake or microwave several peeled cloves of
garlic in butter. When pasta is tender, drain and transfer to a large plate
or bowl. Stir in 2 oz butter,
olive oil, garlic cloves, shredded parmesan cheese and crisply fried bacon
torn into chunks. Add your favorite spices such as 1/2 tsp. basil, 1/2 tsp.
rosemary (very aromatic) and ground black pepper. Top with crumbled blue
cheese. Serves 1. Enjoy!
This is very filling and aromatic.
