Pasta Salad

In large bowl, mix:
1 (12 oz.) package Eden Organic Vegetable Spirals Pasta, cooked
2 bell peppers (3/4 cup)
3 green onions, chopped finely
3 stalks of celery (1/2 bunch)

In a separate bowl, mix:
2 Tbs.  Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbs. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 tsp. (Jane's) Original Mixed-Up Pepper
1 tsp. Emeril's Original Essence Spices
1/3 cup mayonnaise

Add to pasta and vegetable mixture.

Grate 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese and toss with salad mixture.
Refrigerate for at least one hour. Serve cold.
