½ cup raw corkscrew pasta
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
½ cup pizza sauce
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
12 slices pepperoni.
½ bell pepper slices
¼ cup mushrooms slices
Boil the pasta according to the directions. Drain the pasta. Mix in the
egg and parmesan cheese. Press the pasta at the bottom of a 9 inch pie
dish. Pour the pizza sauce on top. Toss the pepperoni slices, mushrooms
slices, pepper. Top with the mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 for 18- 20
minutes till the cheese has melted and is bubbly.
