Left- Over Turkey Casserole
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup diced celery
2 medium apples, chopped
3 tablespoons butter
3 cups cooked turkey (keep pieces large)
2 cups cooked rice
1 teaspoon marjoram
1 teaspoon salt
2 cans cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
Cook onion, celery, and apple in butter until tender.
Add turkey, rice, and seasonings.
Stir in the soup, mix thoroughly.
Turn into a 2 quart casserole dish and cover
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes-or until hot and bubbly.
Remove cover, sprinkle with cheese and bake for
10 more minutes.
Serve and ENJOY!
