Hey, even Moms need to have a little fun once in a while!! Check these
sites that do not have explosions or  violence.  Just a little getaway from
real life.

Playsite 
The best site for playing many games from backgammon and cribbage to
the most addictive:  Tangleword.  Warning this site is addictive.   Look for
me in tangleword under the name julibug.  I like this site because you don't
have to have any elaborate plug-ins or do any permanent downloads.  It's
free too!!

20Q  This is too fun and too scary.  It is a little hand held toy that can tell
you what you are thinking of in 20 questions.  This is the free on-line version.
The toys I believe will retail for around $10.  Only go here if you have time.
It's fun to try and stump it.

Pogo  One of our readers sent in this site that has an exhausting number of
games to choose from.  Only stop here when you have some time to kill.

Sony
As a wheel of fortune nut, this site is great.  You can play multiplayer or
single jeopardy or wheel of fortune and test your skills against people
from all over the world.  It is a blast.  They also have many other games
to play, but we know what our favorites are.

Candystand  This site, recommended by one of our readers has a diverse
selection of games from pinball to trivia and they usually have some good
sweepstakes posted.

Riddler
This is a unique site with games you don't ordinarily find other places. If you want to
try something different, this is a good spot.

Planet Spogg  One of our readers sent in this site and it looks like a lot of
fun.  Tons of multiplayer games to choose from and great graphics.

Game Show Network  This is the partner site to the Game Show Network.
Even if you don't get the station, this is a very fun site.  We love playing Lingo
and its great for the little kids to learn spelling.

Slingo  I haven't played here myself, but many readers have recommended this
site.
