4 lbs. ground beef
2 large eggs slightly beaten
1 large onion, chopped
6 cloves garlic, chopped
2 cans of vegetable soup in beef broth, vegetables mashed slightly
1 large can mushrooms, drained, reserve broth and chop mushrooms
1/2 cup cornbread crumbs, moistened in cream
dried parsley to taste
1/4 tsp. celery seeds
salt to taste
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
onion and garlic powder to taste
Pre heat oven to 350. Mix all
ingredients and form into a loaf or fit into a lasagne pan.
Bake about 1 1/2 hours. Do not overcook.
