Impossible Pumpkin Pie

3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup Bisquick
2 tbsp. butter
13 oz. can Evaporated Milk
2 eggs
16 oz. can pumpkin
2-3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice ( to taste)
2 tsp. vanilla

This pie will make its own crust! Place all ingredients in a blender
and blend until smooth. Pour mix into a well greased 9 inch, deep dish  pie pan.
Bake at 350* for 1 hr and 15 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Let cool
completely and top with whipped cream. Enjoy!!
