Hidden Treasure Meatloaf

2 pounds ground meat (your choice a combo of beef, sausage and turkey is nice)
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste

4 oz.  Swiss cheese, cubed
4 oz.  ham, chipped
1 tbsp.  chopped parsley

Combine the first 9 ingredients and mix well.  Pat 2/3 of the meat onto the bottom and sides of lightly greased loaf pan forming a shell about 1 inch thick.  Combine the ham, cheese and 1 tbsp. of parsley and spoon into the meat shell.  Top with the remaining meat mixture and press the edges to seal.
Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
Makes 6-8 servings.
