2 lbs ground beef
1 sm. onion
1 can tomato soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can whole kernel corn
5 med potatoes, mashed
Brown beef and onion. After grease is drained, mix tomato soup. Add
mixture to bottom of casserole dish. Layer corn, 1/2 cup of cheese,
potatoes, and remaining cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted - about 20 minutes.
