Easy Mexican Casserole
1 & 1/2 lbs. ground hamburger meat
1 large package of McCormick Taco Seasoning
1 box of macaroni & cheese
1 can cream style corn
1 large can tomato soup
grated cheddar cheese (optional)
PAM spray (optional)
Brown the hamburger & taco seasoning until done.
Cook the macaroni & cheese according to the directions on the box
Spray a casserole dish with PAM Layer the Macaroni & cheese, then the taco meat, the
corn & top with tomato soup. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes until bubbling.
Top with grated cheese if you desire just before it is done.
* You can experiment with the recipe & add Rotel or tomato sauce if desired instead of
the soup.
