One Pot cooking Made Easy
1 box of San Giorgio Elbow Macaroni
1 jar of Ragu Traditional pasta sauce
1 16 oz of store brand frozen vegetables, (example: carrots, broccoli,
cauliflower)
1 package of Ball Park (or any brand) hotdogs (cut in two inch pieces)
Cooking Directions:
In a large pot, boil 7 cups of water,
When water is boiling, add the contents of the entire box of macaroni,
Turn down the heat and let cook for 5 minutes,
Add the frozen vegetables and hotdogs
Let the mixture cook until the macaroni is done and the veggies are tender
Remove from heat and place in colander to drain
Using the same pot, pour the sauce in and heat on low heat
When sauce is warm, add drained macaroni mixture and serve warm.
Suggestions:
You can also add cooked shrimp to the hotdogs, or add chicken, or
any other
seafood, You can use any frozen vegetables you like to
add color.
Leftovers can be reheated at a later date.
