Crock Pot Chili

2 lbs. ground chuck
1 or 2 med. onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
3 to 4 sticks celery, chopped
1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 cans kidney or pinto beans, drained
1 tsp. pepper
3 tsp. chili powder
hot pepper, to taste
1 tsp. garlic salt

Cook ground chuck; drain grease. Combine all ingredients in a Crockpot and
cook 4 to 6 hours on LOW, or until done.
