Church Chicken Casserole

This is a favorite around my house. Sometimes we add peas. But never
the less it it always a hit!
Shawn (One of our mystery shoppers that sent in this recipe)

5 Boneless Chicken Breasts cubed and cooked
Salt and pepper to taste
1 C mayo
1 lemon (juice of)
1/2 t curry
1/2 can sliced water chestnuts
1 small jar chopped pimento drained
1/2 c white wine (optional but does add flavor!)
3 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can sliced mushrooms drained
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients in casserole dish. Top with cheese or toss some in
the casserole and then add a little more on top. Bake uncovered at 350*
for 25-30 minutes.
Can use a combination of cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soups or
even the new Campbell's Cream of Chicken and Mushroom soup! The cream of
chicken and mushroom soup really does enhance the taste.
