CHEESY LEMON CHICKEN
6-8 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast
Any Type of 5 Minute Rice (enough to feed the number
you're serving)
2 Cans of Campbell's Cheese Soup or Campbell's Cheese
Broccoli Soup
1 Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can of Green Sweet Peas
1 Large Lemon
Salt & Pepper
Garlic & Onion Powder
Seasoning Salt (optional)
3 Tbsp. Butter
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
SEASON BOTH SIDES OF THE BREAST. LAY IN BAKING PAN. ROLL LEMON FOR THE
JUICE, CUT AND POUR JUICE OVER CHICKEN. ADD OLIVE OIL AND THE BUTTER
OVER CHICKEN. PLACE IN OVEN AT 375 DEGREES FOR 45 MIN OR UNTIL DONE.
IN A SAUCEPAN ADD THE SOUPS AND HEAT UNTIL IT THINS. COOK RICE PER
DIRECTIONS. WHEN RICE IS DONE ADD CAN OF DRAINED PEAS.
LAY CHICKEN ON TOP OF RICE AND POUR SAUCE OVER CHICKEN.
