Banana Fingers
4 bananas
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs

1.Mix together the rolled oats, sugar, flour, butter and baking soda.
2.Blend in 2 eggs.
3.Mix to a stiff dough
4.Divide into 2 portions.
5.Place one portion in the bottom of a greased 9 inch shallow square
baking tin.
6.Slice the bananas on to this.
7.Put the other half of the mixture on top.
8.Bake to a golden brown in a 350 oven (about 20 minutes).
10.Cut into fingers.
